Shipping Policy

At Qlife, we value every single customer and strive to ensure their satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to expediting the shipping process to ensure your package arrives promptly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer local FedEx,USPS shipping services without any tax. Please refer to the shipping area below as we may not deliver to certain locations or require additional shipping fees.

Please note that our electric bikes are not for sale to individuals under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by a parent or adult when riding.


Costs & Destinations

Currently, we provide FREE shipping only to the lower 48 states in the US(
AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY). We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.

Shipping Time

In-Stock Ebikes: 3-7 business days.
In-Stock Accessories & Components:6-10 business days.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Our business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), (GMT-5) The Eastern Time Zone of the USA.


Shipping Changes

There is NO CHARGE for changing the address before we provide you with the tracking number.We usually respond with the tracking number within 24 hours on working days.

If the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx, a $20 fee will be charged.

If the package has already shipped, a $250 fee will be charged to cancel the order, if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered, or if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.


Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on our website, you can track your order and shipping information. If you haven't registered, you can still track your order with your order number. If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at service@qlifebike.com, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated by reference and form a part of these Terms.
